The Royal Hawaiian, the iconic pink hotel in Waikiki with a huge history and a bigger heart, has announced a new menu - The Taste of Azure - care of Executive Chef Jon Matsubara. In the latest food craze to sweep the islands, the Azure Restaurant is now serving a five-course menu featuring unique island dishes prepared with local-caught seafood and locally sourced ingredients. The “Taste of Azure” menu is offered nightly from 5:30 to 9 p.m. for $65 per person or $85 per person with wine pairings.
