I got a call from one of my tenants who lives in a 1922 duplex in Los Angeles. They complained of smelling mildew in the home and especially under the kitchen sink. After trying to figure out the source of the mildew, we deicide we needed to get a great plumber to figure out our problem so we called Roto-Rooter.

As always, after calling for a service call, I received a verification phone call from the Roto-Rooter office letting me know the Roto-Rooter plumber was on his way. Roto-Rooter upon arriving and sniffing around the house, the Roto-Rooter plumber, knew almost immediately the problem was coming from standing water beneath the old house. He put on a crawl suit, a mask, and took his flashlight and squeezed into the crawl space under the house.

Once he had finished the inspection he informed me that there was a large standing puddle under the kitchen area due to broken drain pipes. The Roto-Rooter plumber, called for help, and shortly another Roto-Rooter plumber arrived. The second plumber also put on his crawl suit, mask and flashlight and together along with the necessary part and tools descended into dark, tiny, crawl space under the house.
